All major Turkish businesses to resume work from 11 May

All major Turkish businesses will resume work from May 11th, Turkish Industry and Technology Minister Mustafa Varank said today, Reuters reported.
The minister pointed this out after yesterday Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced the start of a period of normalization with the aim of restarting the economy after the coronavirus pandemic, BTA says.

So far, around 130,000 cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in Turkey. The country will begin gradually easing the restrictive measures in May, June and July amid a weakening of the outbreak, Erdogan said last night.
