In mid-April the processing of containers in Ningbo Joshan port exceeded 30%, while that in Shanghai, Xiamen and Shenzhen 20%, according to the data of the association in the sector.
The boom in the processing of containers for foreign trade is also due to the expansion of Chinese exports, which saw growth of nearly 40% in the first quarter of the year.
