China takes various measures to restore production

Without neglecting the prevention and control of the outbreak, Beijing has taken various measures to help restore production, resulting in work on all projects in the Huizhou “science zone” to begin again before March 20, Radio China reports.
Deputy director of the city Development and Reform Commission Li Soufan said 88 per cent of the city's industrial enterprises had resumed operations and of the main office buildings, 92 per cent.

Recently in the city of Shenyan, Liaonin Province, were signed online contracts worth more than 260 billion yuan, and in the city of Dalien's newly signed agreements related to 90 projects exceeded 100 billion yuan. Currently, across the province, over 95% of large businesses have recovered production.

Southeastern Fujian province has taken 57 measures to restore production, resulting in more than 99% of the large companies there working.
