“Energo-Pro” with advice for remote service

Electricity Distribution Company “Energo-Pro”, which supplies electricity northeastern Bulgaria recommends that its customers limit their visits to the Customer Service Centers in connection with the recommendations of the National Operational Headquarters for combating the distribution of COVID-19.

Recommended customers to use the following remote service options:

Payment of monthly bills automatically via direct debit request at a service bank or via electronic banking;

Check the energy consumed for household subscribers for 36 months back at: portal.energo-pro-sales.bg;

Household customers can request a change in phone and email contact or request an electronic invoice at: update.energo-pro.bg;

Inquiries regarding the monthly bill, invoices and payments can be made at service@energo-pro.bg or by phone 0700 800 800 61;

Enquiries regarding a report, reporting schedule, working capacity of the means of commercial measurement (electricity meters) can be made at e-mail address info@erpsever.bg or phone 0700 161 61;

Declarations for updating the power provided can be sent to the postal address: gr. Varna, Blvd. Vl. Varnenchik, 258, Tower G or by e-mail in the presence of a qualified electronic signature (KEP);
