More significant growth was recorded in the production of basic metals - by 19.8%, and in the production of food products - by 3%.
A significant decrease in prices is observed in the production of wood and products thereof, except furniture - by 2.5%, and in the production of textiles and textile products, without clothing - by 1.7%.
Compared to December prices grow by 1.8% on average as an increase was registered in the manufacturing industry - by 1.8%, in the extractive industry - by 1.7%, and in the production and distribution of electricity and heat and gas - by 1.6%.
In the production of basic metals prices grew by 9.4%, while a decrease was recorded in the production of textiles and textile products, without clothing - by 0.7%, and in the production of vehicles, excluding cars - by 0.4%.
For the domestic market, factory prices in January grow by only 0.1% year-on-year. In the extractive industry the increase was by 8.4%, and in the production and distribution of electricity and heat and gas - by 0.6%, while a decrease was observed in the manufacturing industry - by 0.8%.
Compared to January 2020, a more significant decrease in the manufacturing industry was registered in the production of clothing - by 2.3%, and in the production of timber and products thereof, except furniture - by 2%. Price growth was recorded in the production of basic metals - by 12.1%, and in the production of chemical products - by 3.9%.
Compared to December prices grow by 0.9% as higher prices were recorded in the production and distribution of electricity and heat and gas - by 1.3%, and in the manufacturing industry - by 0.8%, while in the extractive industry there was a decrease by 0.9%.
Compared to December 2020 a significant growth was registered in the production of basic metals - by 7.0%, and in the production of cars, trailers and semi-trailers - by 1.8%. Decrease is observed in the production of vehicles, without cars - by 0.9%, and in the manufacture of clothing - by 0.2%.
Prices for the international market grow by an average of 1.7% per year and compared to December - by 3.1%.
Factory food prices go up
Factory prices in January are growing both annually and on a monthly basis. In food annual appreciation is 3% on average. This is evident from the data of the National Statistical Institute.
