Fibank offers a free package of digital services for its customers

In view of the state of emergency in the country related to the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus, First Investment Bank is urging its customers to stay home and provides a number of options to manage the financial resources from the security and comfort of the home.
In solidarity and support, Fibank has developed a dedicated package of remote banking services for its clients individuals.

The new package of services is provided completely free of charge until 17 April 2020 and includes the following solutions for remote banking:

- Free opening of online or mobile banking My Fibank + software token;

- Unlimited number of free transfers BISERA ordered through My Fibank;

- Unlimited number of free intrabank transfers between different clients or own accounts arranged through My Fibank;

- Unlimited number of free utility payments through My Fibank.First Investment Bank now offers a number of financial benefits and services to all its clients:

- Possibility to postpone payments on loans, credit cards, etc. ;

- Ability to register new clients in My Fibank entirely online without the need to visit a bank salon;

- Advice on remote payments and financial management.
