Norway boosts government bond issuance over coronavirus

Norway's central bank is increasing its planned issuance of government bonds this year to between 70 billion and 85 billion Norwegian kroner ($6.68 - 8.11 billion) versus the previously predicted 55 billion kronor, the institution said today, quoted by Reuters.
The unusual correction was preceded by the government's decision to offer emergency loans for tens of billions of kronor to companies affected by the coronavirus pandemic, BTA reported.
