Richard Alibegov: Bulgarian tourist to save the winter season

For the winter season we will rely entirely on Bulgarian tourists again. This was stated in “The Day Begins” by the chairman of the Bulgarian Association of Restaurants' Richard Alibegov.
Tourists from Romania and Israel are expected to come as well.

"Bulgarians managed to show that they like our resorts. We saw the summer what happened. South of Burgas was full until 15-20 September. In view of the situation abroad, what we see in Germany, Great Britain, it is unlikely that tourists will come from there. As far as we know, tourists will come from Romania and Israel. But the main thing will be the Bulgarian tourist who will save,” Alibegov said.

In his words, the restaurant industry has received the assurance of the health minister that establishments will not be closed, but control should be tightened and measures against the spread of coronavirus should be checked.
