In terms of sales prices in the sector, property developers expect them to maintain their level over the next three months.

Second and third place are insufficient demand and competition in the industry. Concerning sales prices, a majority of traders envisage that they will remain unchanged for the next three months.
In November, the benchmark “business climate in the service sector” maintains its October level. Managers' forecasts for business development in the sector over the next six months are deteriorating and their expectations regarding the demand for services over the next three months are pessimistic.
