The airport said it had filled 615 passenger flights Thursday, carrying 82,600 passengers, Radio China reported.
It is a record bori since reopening on 8 April 2020, when the 76-day period of isolation of the Wuhan megacities ended.
In the coming days, the number of passengers is expected to continue to grow, with an average of around 590 passenger flights per day with nearly 80,000 passengers from 30 April to 5 May, which is 7.6% and 9% more compared to the same period of 2019.
